is an intuitive healing art based on our instinct to rub areas that hurt
with the aim to provide calm and relief to our bodies. During our daily
life we do not realize how much tension we create within ourselves.
Sometimes it is necessary to have someone support us by finding a way to
release stiffness whilst at the same time guide us to understand these
causes of tensions and to be aware of them.
massage technique comes from acupressure (gentle pressure on the body) and
manipulation of the limbs (rotation, flexion and extension). The aim is to
give those our client’s relief as well as for them to understand how to
relax and to move freely.
